"The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel and I will never stay here again."

"1.便宜兩單床在一樓蚊蟲比較多，要注意開關門、需要借吹風機、很薄的被子，貴一點的房型是有附吹風機跟冰箱的、舒適的被子。 2.大廳有咖啡廳24小時使用有飲水機、離市區都不遠、有游泳池，可用但要看何時整理。飯店共用地方可以吃東西、不能喝酒，房間不能吃到大餐。 3.飯店可以合作找業者幫你帶行程，還有如果預約約看儒艮才$4500很便宜，還含早餐跟午餐、接駁。 "
