The outside space that is included with this unit has been fabulously landscaped and offers a fully fenced yard, patio furniture and a private fire pit.
The community coin operated laundry is close by and there is also a cabana connected to it that can be rented out separately if you want more space to hang out with your group or if you have other friends and family in town and just need a bigger space to get together.
Situated on Alister Street, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. It is also conveniently located near Beach street which is a beach access road. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for many years and offer a truly unique location.
This home can sleep 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and there is a brand new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Both the bedroom and living area have flat screen televisions with cable. Wireless internet service is also provided.
Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.
