The laid back condo features ship-lap wood work and soft coastal colors, 10 ft ceilings, tile flooring, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a stocked kitchen! Adorable built-in extra small bunk beds in the hallway allow for additional sleeping perfect for kids. Board games are included for family game nights and smart TV for movies. A Town Center facing balcony is the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunset or a glass of wine after a long day on the beach!

Just a few minutes away is the quaint little town of Port A where bay and deep sea fishing trips may be chartered or spend a day shopping at the eclectic boutiques all around. Three resort-style pools, 2 fishing lakes, community fire pit, beautiful green spaces with multiple lawn games and equipment, gift shops, play areas and gym are all included with your Cinnamon Shore rental. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Nautical Launch is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Nautical Launch the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
