Relax in one of the five bedrooms, including three suites with gulf views, or unwind by the private pool and hot tub. Experience elegance and comfort in every corner.

The Space:
As you arrive at this breathtaking Coastal Colonial-themed property on Ocean Drive, the anticipation builds from the moment you turn into the driveway.

Step through the front door into a realm where southern coastal elegance meets historical charm. Immediately, you're greeted by a formal dining room that sets the tone for memorable gatherings. Adjacent to it is the music room, a sanctuary of harmony featuring a playable antique piano dating back to the late 1800s, offering an immersive historical touch.

The heart of the home is the expansive family room, anchored by an 85" TV, creating the perfect setting for entertainment and relaxation. The adjoining breakfast nook, with seating for six, offers a cozy spot for morning meals, illuminated by the soft glow of the sunrise. The culinary enthusiast will revel in the newly remodeled kitchen, boasting state-of-the-art KitchenAid appliances, ready to inspire your cooking adventures.

A functional mudroom/laundry room equipped with a new LG Wash Tower adds to the convenience, positioned just off the kitchen. The ground floor also features a queen bedroom with a full bath, providing easy access and privacy for guests.

Ascend the original oak staircase to the second level, where comfort and luxury continue. Here, four additional bedrooms await, each with its unique charm. The first, equipped with a queen/twin XL bunk bed and a 50" TV, is perfect for younger guests or families. The suite at the end of a private hallway boasts large windows offering breathtaking gulf views, a king-size bed, a double chaise lounge, and a 75" TV for serene nights in. Its bathroom, a masterpiece of Carrara marble with mother-of-pearl inlays, features dual vanities and a large walk-in shower.

The journey through the upper level reveals another bedroom with two queen beds and access to a hall bath, followed by a second en-suite bedroom with a king bed and custom-tiled oversized shower, ensuring privacy and relaxation.

Property Manager: For your convenience and peace of mind, a property manager lives on-site in a completely detached building, ensuring any needs or inquiries can be promptly addressed throughout your stay. The presence of the property manager is discreet and will not affect your stay in any way. Rest assured, the exclusive use of the main house, pool, hot tub, and all other amenities remains entirely yours, ensuring a relaxing and uninterrupted vacation experience.

This home offers a blend of comfort, luxury, and the serene coastal vibe of Corpus Christi, making it the perfect setting for a memorable vacation.

Outside, the private backyard is an oasis with a large built-in pool and hot tub, ample seating for relaxation or outdoor dining on the 12ft picnic table. The large gas Weber grill is perfect for BBQs under the Texas sky.

Every detail in this Coastal Colonial home has been thoughtfully curated to provide an unparalleled vacation experience, blending luxurious amenities with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Here, on Ocean Drive, you'll find not just a place to stay, but a place to create lasting memories, immersed in the beauty and charm of Corpus Christi.

Parking: Parking is available on the left of the driveway immediately upon entry, with ample space for up to 15 cars. The property can accommodate over40 cars upon request.

While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.

1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside or around the home. Any evidence of smoking (odor, ash, etc.) will result in an automatic $500 damage charge. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. Smoking marijuana in or around the home will incur a $500 fee, and details about the reservation may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors. Violation of quiet hours and disturbance of neighbors will lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation without eligibility for any refunds.

3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.

4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.

5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

6. POOL / HOT TUB: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death.

Please note that all pools and hot tubs are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid.

7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.

8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.

9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.

10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.

We stayed at this location for 3 nights. Started off with no hot water which ended up being a faucet installed wrong by plumber and owner did show up and diagnose. We knew the property manager was staying on the property as it is listed, but what we didnt expect is the constant traffic of workers going up and down the driveway. We did complain and it was adressed but buyer beware the garage behind the house is storage for all equipment for all rental properties and there will be traffic. We were blocked in twice. Will more than likely not ever stay at a property with someone so close to the house. It just was creepy. Also, a ring camera is installed on the back door the owner or whoever is montering has all access to look in the partially fenced backyard. Also failed to say it is a partially fenced backyard as there is an opening in the fence on the side of the house to the front yard where animals can wonder. All in all the property is well furnished and updated. Beds were very comfortable. It is also a very clean property and if you dont mind all that mentioned above then this is a good property for you, just not our cup of tea. The owner is VERY VERY responsive by the way so we give him props.
