This rental property is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo, which accommodates 4 guests. Located near Citgo, Valero, and Anderson Oil. It offers a convenient 10-minute drive downtown and 20-minutes to the North Beach, and 13 minutes from airport. Enjoy swimming and relaxing in the pool, high-speed WiFi, a Smart TV, and free parking for your enjoyment and convenience. Book your stay today!

Important Note:
1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
2. Pool will close on November 1 for the winter. Reopening date is currently unknown.
3. This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs for access.
