It qas right by the beach and it was convinient. Common areas were clean but our room needs updating and the floors were dirty. We had to ask for a broom and clean up after housekeeping.

The location is great, but the photos are not accurate. My room had a balcony, but the light could not be turned off and the door would not stay closed without assistance from the deadbolt. Visible rust in the tub from chipped/eroding enamel, broken toilet paper holder. Pool maintenance guy (patrick?) is EXTREMELY RUDE. Cursed me out and insulted my intelligence for wanting to use the hose to clean my dog off before a 3 hour car ride home. I could have forgiven the rest for being a high turnover area, but half the people on the patio saw what happened and he turned us all off. Patrick should not be allowed to interact with guests ever. Insulting a military member on memorial day is a real low.

COCKROACHES in our bedroom! No one seemed to care! They actually said it was normal to me! DO NOT STAY HERE! We spent one night and left! Shame on Expedia for recommending this place!

It was a complete fire hazard. I did the three elevators they had one was out of service, the other would not go to the first floor, and the first floor button had all the wires out of it so you can exit the building and the other elevator did not have the certification from the fire department, saying it was safe to write the elevator. We talked to management and they guaranteed to give us our money back if we did not give them bad reviews. We have yet to receive our refund. We were literally at the hotel for five minutes and apparently a lot of people left that day and it was reported as an electrical outage. We need our refund. I cannot believe this is a Wyndham hotel.

The location is perfect! Its awfully pricey, then they charge extra fees and a parking fee, yikes! My room had an amazing view and the beds were comfy and seemed clean. The AC took awhile to cool down and kept making a loud humming noise every 5 minutes making for a difficult night for sleep. I accidentally booked for one night instead of 2 nights, totally my fault. However when I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk, she said the room I had was booked for the next day. I understand that, its was Mother's day weekend, however she didn't offer any other rooms, so we ended up staying the second night at The Hawthorn across the street. Overall I would like to stay again, that view was beautiful, but again pricey!

We liked the beach front.and pool. We didnt like the water leaking from the light fixture in the hallway, the wind making whistling noises up the bathroom vent, or the wind blowing open the ceiling access door above the bed, or the liquid dripping from the floor above us while sitting on the balcony. The front desk agents could have been more personable and the pool secured for guests instead of families pulling in to the parking lot and bringing their floaties and coolers of food to spend the day. The daybefore we got there, our check in said the restaura t was closed, but there would be coffee and pastries in the lobby. There were not pastries, the coffee was empty and the buffett breakfast that was available was what you'd get complimentary at a Best Western.

Could have been a 5 rating if offers free breakfast. You will pay $11.99 for adult, and free for children. But staff is nice and friendly , they gave their decor balloons to my toddlers. Only one elevator working during our stay, a lil traffic for outgoers and ingoing visitors. Only thing is, we have seen an insect on the glass window. Paid $10 I think for the parking. Has Live music in the pool area, starts at 5pm I think. Not like a Destin, Florida beach vibe but still relaxing and perfect stay for leisure.

The hotel pictures are deceiving; property is rundown and dirty. The hotel is right on the beach, but the beach is small and overcrowded. The hotel pool is small as well, and not as pictured. You can find a nicer hotel on the beach in Port A for the same price. This hotel was not worth the cost. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the bed was comfortable and the ac worked really well. I was able to put the air down to 60 degrees, while most hotels don't let you go below 65.

I honestly love the hotel. The fact that the beach was walking distance like 20 steps away. Perfect! The water was clear no fishes nor jellyfishes. You can see right to the bottom of the water. Love the pool access and beautiful scenery. Especially the beach was super clean . The staff wasn’t so friendly. But we definitely would love to go back and stay again.

Due to a power outage, I was unable to check in at 4 PM. The hotel told me that if I waited 3 hours and checked in at 7 PM, the resort fee would be waived. However, the resort fee was still charged as originally planned. Additionally, during staying at the hotel, there was another power outage late at the night that lasted for several hours.
