Important Note:
1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
2. The pool is open from 9 am - 9 pm, and it's closed on Monday for cleaning. No one under 16 is allowed in the pool area without an adult. Please note, it may close temporarily without notice due to weather or routine maintenance like chemical adjustments.
3. This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs for access.
4. The laundry room closes at 10:00 PM and reopens at 7:30 AM.

Property should've came w a WARNING of location

We arrived at the property and were mortified (as a family) of the location. Def in the harder side of town. I wish we were given a warning of apartment complex. Multiple ppl Loitering outside of our door, smoking made it really hard to feel comfortable. Inside was good though. Very clean, as advertised, minus the shower curtain which was disgusting. We feared for our car and took turns throughout the night watching it. Overall, clean place, horrible location, but good price.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It is located 10 minutes from McGee beach. It was nice and quiet for the most part given it’s in an apartment complex. It was stocked pretty well, just be sure to bring extra towels.
