“There were continental breakfast items and drinks available round the clock. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet relaxing atmosphere but I would suppose that would depend on the other types of guests staying there at the same time as well. Great communication with host and very helpful. The hosts have stocked it with 85% of the “stuff to bring just in case” - blankets, pillows, anything cooking- and coffee-related, even a couple of bikes. It’s not on the water, but is very centrally located. You can walk to “downtown” Bemus in 7-8 minutes (or drive in one), where there are a number of excellent restaurants and shops. I would mention any negatives, but I really can’t think of any. Great place.……
