Rustic country house "Cascina Barroero", 650 m a.s.l., 3 storeys. 5 apartments in the residence. 5 km from the centre of Cortemilia, 30 km from the centre of Alba, 35 km from the centre of Acqui Terme, 55 km from the sea, in the countryside, in the woods. For shared use: property 10'000 m2 with lawn and trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (19 x 4 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 24.Nov.). Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture. In the complex: restaurant. 4 km long very narrow motor access. Parking at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 26 km, railway station "Alba" 30 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Zauberhaft im Herbst

Ruhiger und entspannter, ursprünglicher Ort für erholsame Ferien. Etwas abseits gelegen, dies sollte man bei täglichen Fahrtstrecken einberechnen. Dafür wundervolle Gastgeber, 2 tolle Hunde und viel Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit. Wir haben zudem viel gelernt über das Kultivieren von Haselnüssen - die Tour mit Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
