The room was very nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The smoking room is right off the lobby. The smoke is not contained at all. The lobby and gift shop were overwhelming. If you have any sensitivity to it you will find it a problem to breathe as I did. The wait staff in the restaurant was amazing. The guys preparing the food had absolutely no desire to help anyone or bother to ask if you wanted anything. They were more engaged in their conversation than any guests. Not a lot of options for the price. Food sat way too long and looked unappealing.

The room was extremely clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a little on the harder side. The shower did not have a lot of pressure so it was hard to rinse out your hair but everything else about the room was really nice. The staff was pleasant, especially the casino dealers and pit boss. We had an enjoyable time gambling.There are not a lot of food options other than a buffet and tiny snack area but for one night it was OK. We would most likely stay again when passing through.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our shower broke and it did not get fixed before we checked out. No compensation was offered. It’s unlikely I would stay again.

Nice casino floor. $10 senior breakfast( normally $12). Staff at breakfast were extremely attentive and helpful, but aside from an excellent made to order egg station and decent fruit, the pastries were cold, no waffles or pancakes and the steam table didn’t seem to keep the breakfast burritos warm at all. No microwave available to customers but waitresses tried to make things right and deserve decent tips!

No access outside from the basement level. Property was dry (no alcohol). Lunch buffet consisted of 3 entrees, which 2 were cold - apparently they don't need to follow proper food handling or food storage. I will not be staying here again.

Really nice hotel. The room was really nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower was really nice a tiled walk in shower with glad doors. Definitely recommend staying here. The casino is attached to the hotel. It was a nice casino. The only draw back was you had to pay I think $12.00 to eat breakfast bar. Didn't like that

My only complaints are the cigarette smell throughout was so bad. The lobby and elevators were extremely awful. Also, the restaurant was expensive and cold! The only thing even warm was the freshly made eggs that I ordered. Everything else that was available was inedible. The Prime Rib had great flavor but was also cold and the stir fry noodles were so hard we couldn't eat them. The desserts were dried out. A waste of money. The hotel itself was quiet, clean, spacious and very comfortable, although the beds are very high. I'm 4'11" so I had difficulty getting in and out of bed. Overall, I would give the hotel an 8 out of 10 and I will be back again. The staff gets a 10 out of 10. They were AMAZING!

Everything was good, except for a lack of dining options. Most things on the menu were out of stock. Also, being woken up at 2 a.m. by security yelling and knocking on neighboring room, was very annoying.
