The property looked nice and Ive stayed at Best Westerns during many of my travels. However during my trip a hotel in Denver forgot to return my ID. It was late and I thought she did but didn’t realize until driving to Boise then to Albany. I explained this to the staff who had a line of people waiting to check I . I was told, let me take care of these customers then we’ll get you settled. So I waited patiently another 30 minutes and was told I needed a physical ID. I showed her a copy of my ID the hotel emailed me, and said I have a vehicle registration, credit cards, other cards with my face on it, but apparently they don’t accommodate because “they couldn’t really certify if it was me!” I had a reservation, was in their system but denied a room so just an FYI, don’t rely on them helping out if you have an I expected problem. I won’t stay at another Bext Western again.
