nice budget hotel. Furnishings a bit dated...very slight smell of Tobacco products in our room. We stayed on a week night, the hotel by the number of cars was lightly booked, but we were still given a room on the I-5 side of the hotel. Truck traffic was very loud....Breakfast was ok, not real sure what was being served? The need some magnets attached to chaffing dishes with contents inside and maybe food allergy warnings...all in all, not to bad. I don't recommend

The place was clean, and the staff was efficient and friendly, they give out cookies which my daughter loved. There were a couple maintenance issues: 1. The plug in sockets on the beside lamp didn't function. 2. Light switch in the bathroom was wonky. Were these things enough to ruin our stay? No. Other than that our stay was great! Quiet and clean, comfortable beds, pool is nice and breakfast was tasty. Good coffee.

I feel like this hotel encompasses everything that a person hopes for when checking in. Friendly, clean, well kept esthetically, comfortable with all the basic amenities you would expect: fridge,micro, coffee maker (2 actually), breakfast and free wifi. You can tell the staff/ management take pride in their hotel justin appearance alone. Everything was well stocked and very clean. Usually when i stay somewhere i always find something that wasn't wiped down, whether it be a end table not frequently used, or find wrappers under the bed when i do my final sweep before checkout. NOT HERE everything was as i hope for when i rent a room. I only stayed one night and didnt make it for breakfast but i will say the front counter staff were absolutely wonderful. Top of the line! Friendly and thorough. I will DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!!! GOOD JOB PHOENIX INN!!

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, as I'd seen the huge sign from the feeeway many times (and noticed the not-so-desirable "adult" store nest door) but never stayed. My room was upkept and perfectly clean, and the front desk attendents were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. A wifi issue was resolved quickly. Good rate. Highly recommended.

Our experience at Phoenix was exceptional. Very clean, people were so accommodating, breakfast was just enough. Coffee was good, too. We left very early to drive back home and they have us a breakfast bag for the road. It included a bagel, cream cheese, cheese, yogurt and an orange. It was perfect. We'll be back.
