unfortunately our room was extremely run down and not super clean upon arrival. my one other “complain” would be the fact that we didn’t have an actual blanket on our bed, so both nights i was cold! HOWEVER, the staff at this location are absolutely incredibly kind and accommodating! i brought my service animal in training with me and they were sweet about the whole situation, she’s only 10 months so she definitely still has her puppy moments lol.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. I should have read all of the reviews before booking there. I left in the middle of the night when i found bed bugs. The entire place should be condemned, not just their pool and hot tub.

Where to begin. Musty room smell and hotel common areas. Light fixtures that don’t work in room. Pool closed. Extremely limited breakfast offering. Expired milk. Cream cheese for bagels had soured. Moldy prepackaged muffins. This place wasn’t the cheapest option and I would have just expected more. But the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. So it is that going for it.

Clean rooms friendly staff. There is construction in progress on the road by the property, but it only a minor inconvenience. Still is quiet inside the room.

Older property. Homeless cars parked off to the side. Didn’t feel safe having my car parked outside all night. Ants in the bathroom and had to have maintenance come in to fix the toilet. Doesn’t flush all that well. Low pressure toilet. Only needed a place to sleep and centrally located to OSU. I will never stay there again!

The room I had the first night smelled like sweaty socks, and the bathroom sink wasn't cleaned well. I should've asked to switch right away, but I was too tired. I switched the next day, and the new room was much better; I never appreciated that smelled like nothing could be so good. Pro tip: don't get Room 106. Front desk staff was functional but far from warm and friendly. Breakfast was edible calories, so the price ($0) was fair. Bottom line: the place was cheap, but you get what you pay for.

desk staff kept putting a guest on holding saying he was too busy.pool closed since Oct., elevator broke, bathroom sink slow to drain, tub dripped all night. towels clean and new.
