“We arrived tired and hungry after 24k camino walk in heat and "host" saw us to our rooms and offered us dinner later. Macaron, he said. However what he produced was two cold plates of insipid pasta and tuna with sweetcorn followed by supermarket "creme caramel". There was just one choice of mediocre white wine. The bedroom window furthest away from the noisy traffic would not open for which he blamed the handy man. His lack of English didn't help. I had also requested a quieter room over looking……

“Comfortable but music till 11pm is not appropriate. The place is more interested in being a meeting place than a hotel. Breakfast is a joke with a cup of coffee and a croissant with cling film wrapped cake. High on appearance but exceptionally low on substance, discount the mini bar, toiletries and bath robe, and you can start rhe day hungry.”
