“Mooi en netjes huis, keurig verzorgd en schoon! Heel comfortabel en rustig, met mooi zwembad. Het huisje is misschien iets afgelegen, maar daardoor wel heel rustig. Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door eigenaresse. De koelkast was al deels gevuld bij aankomst, heel attent! De eigenaresse zorgt voor een onbezorgd verblijf! Hier komen wij graag nog eens terug.”

“Schönes Objekt mit guter Lage. ”

“We arrived late due to delayed flight to the island and it was very dark as we entered the property. Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. We spoke with other guests who had a similar issue so perhaps the communication/instructions could be better. The unit was nicely furnished and had many provisions. One item we certainly could have used was beach……

“Wer sich einmal die Einflugschneise des Flughafens angucken mag, wird sehen dass die "Finca" direkt in dieser liegt.Morgens ab ca. 5.40 Uhr fliegen die Flugzeuge in sehr regelmäßigen Abständen von 5-10 Minuten über den Köpfen...für Frühaufsteher also genau das richige.Gemütlichkeit im Haus sucht man leider vergeblich- Haus Terrasse und Gartenanlage strotzen vor Lieblosigkeit.Für uns war es definitiv der letzte Aufenthalt ”

“It was a great time in Sa Rapita, especially the house was a gift. Perfectly clean, equipped with every caring detail one could dream of. Nice and considerate landlady and perfect communication. Absolutely recommendable, we will be back!”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit den Kindern in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, durch den Spielplatz genau auf der anderen Straßenseite war es noch entspannter als wir erhofft hatten. Das Haus ist wohnlich, schön dekoriert und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, zum Strand läuft man etwa 20 Minuten.”

Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
