At The Cotter Fish & Game, we offer the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. This stunning property is located just seconds away from the world-famous White River, making it an ideal destination for fishing enthusiasts. But that's not all - our property has something for everyone!

Our home will comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests, with over 4000 square feet of living space. The giant backyard is perfect for hosting BBQs, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, and playing outdoor games. We even provide plenty of firewood for your convenience.

Enjoy the beautiful Ozarks while relaxing on one of the TWO DECKS looking out over the gorgeous landscape. You will never want to leave this paradise.

Fishing Trip

Property was absolutely perfect for a home base in Cotter. We had some major storms blow through and when we had to get off the river a little early it was fantastic to be able to shoot some pool and play a little ping pong!

Plenty of room

We stayed here for a family get together. It was the perfect place to share with a large family. Lots of things to do in the house (Pool table, arcade games, tvs, board games) and walking distance to the river for fishing. The two kitchens, one in each living space was nice. Make sure you take time to figure out (or ask about) the light switches in the main level, as it is not obvious and helps for sleeping in the loft.

We got married in the back yard during the eclipse. It was amazing. Took pictures in front of the fish, had plenty of entertainment for the kids and adults, and had everything we needed for a good dinner. Great stay. Really appreciated.

19th Anniversary

This was our 19th year in Cotter staying at one of Joey Peglar's (current owner) properties. All 3 have been upgraded and fun to stay at. Our favorite would be the Old Firehouse for our group size (10) this year. All 3 properties have their own purpose and charm. We will be back next year for our 20th anniversary. CJM
