“This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back ”

“We had a fantastic time in Sues converted barn. Sue had arranged a perfect welcome with brownies and a starter package with toast, jam and marmelade, milk and butter. The barn is equipped with all that is needed, and the location provides calm and relaxation. Sue is very supportive and friendly and is always available for recommendations. This was our first holiday in Yorkshire, and thanks to the cosy barn, Sue, and the vèry friendly people in Yorkshire, we will gladly come back. Our whole……

“SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined……

“We were three families from three different cities that drove to the caravan site, and upon arrival, you said, "Sorry, our website had issues, and we can't do anything for you now. We can only refund your money." Not only have you caused us financial losses equivalent to the cost of three tanks of gas, but you've also ruined our weekend plans. I'm genuinely disappointed in the management of this website. All I can say is, you are highly irresponsible. It's unclear whether you'll refund my money……

“We booked and paid for 9 rooms at this property through VRBO. One of the team turned up at the property to find that there were no rooms - this property has not hired out rooms since October 2022. Still trying to get a refund through VRBO. Avoid at all costs!”
