This place did us dirty. Literally. We arrived at 6:30 pm on a Friday for our check in.
We were told there was zero of our room type available ready for check in, and it could be another 3 hours before it was, they didn’t know how long.
At this point we had been traveling for 27 hours straight and just wanted a shower and to relax for a bit, not to wait 3 more hours. So what do they offer us?
They put us on the pet friendly floor, claiming it’s all they had available.
We reluctantly accepted, as again we didn’t want to wait 3 hours for a room which should have been ready a minimum of 2 hours before our arrival . What a horrible decision that was. We should have just not checked in and left.
The hotel was NOISY, dogs barking ALL night , thin walls where you could hear the people next to us talking and hacking up a lung all night , and a Loud air conditioner that seemed to never shut off.
We checked out early the next morning and staff didn’t even bother to ask how our stay was. Just grumpily took our keys and handed us a receipt.
Harrah’s /caesars should be ashamed of themselves with their service from this property. I will definitely await their response.
