“Beautiful views and great property. Just be careful if arriving after dark as it is very tricky to find the home as gps does not do a very good job.”

“In town to visit Stoney Lonesome and this 2 bed 1 bath lake front home was perfect! A great space to go play all day and come back to relax in the evening. Host was wonderful and responded to any questions nearly immediately. Would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the space more!”

“This is a treasure of a house! We greatly enjoyed our comfortable stay while visiting family in the area. I had made food in advance and frozen it, and we were able to heat everything up in the oven to enjoy. The kitchen felt like being at home. It was quite chilly outside during our stay, but the house was cozy and warm. Our dog loved the mostly-fenced yard to get to run each day. If you have little adventurers, know that Turkey Creek is in the backyard and will require monitoring. ……

“We made the trip to Cozy in the Cove over Labor Day weekend with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house interior is surprisingly spacious with that many people and was very clean. The outdoor area was nice by the fire pit, we enjoyed the free firewood and s’mores supplies. We were able to cook out on the grill and the kids enjoyed the frisbee golf setup. The dock was great and we were able to rent a pontoon boat with the help of Angela. The stairs down are a bit dicey and can use some repair, but……

“There for a family wedding”

“Easy drive to downtown Birmingham. Older neighborhood, mostly quiet. Large, dog friendly, partially fenced yard. The main bathroom is very nice, and the house is roomy, but does have a few minor maintenance issues. Furniture and beds could use upgrading. Kitchen is nice, but only has very basic cookware; no toaster, spatulas, colander, etc. Adequate washer/dryer, linens/ towels. This was a better option than a hotel for our group.”

“This home is not what the pictures showed. The pictures were photoshopped. We walked in to a smell of mold and just nastiness. The bathroom sink was stopped up with nasty water standing in the sink that would not go down. Refrigerator went out. So all groceries we bought ruined. There were 3 bags of trash at the back door with flies all over them. There was glass all around the border of the outside of the house. The mattress was on the floor. The pictures showed a desk that I could use for work……
