“The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were……

“There is no front desk but communication was very well. Very responsive replies on whatsapp and on the hotline. Was a very big and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfortable, fairly clean and close to the Guixar station. If i must pick on something, it would have to be the smell when i first entered the apartment. “He estado como en casa, la casa es muy acogedora, Miguel es un fantástico anfitrión. Tienes de todo cerca desde ir con tus hijos a las colchonetas a 3km en coche, como al Centro dé Pontevedra a 3km, ir al río, a la playa o a la montaña. Hacer una barbacoa para los tuyos, etc… Vamos mi familia y yo os lo recomendamos para pasar unos fantásticos días. Un saludo.”

“Fantastic place, had all amenities like kettle, coffee machine, hob, tiaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and micro. Nice little balcony and lift to the 7th floor. Nice toich of coffee, water and beer on arrival. Great location with plenty bars and supermarkets nearby. Only a 5-10 min walk to the town or marina area and a handy 5 mins from "the halo" elevator to intermodal. We would definitely recommend and would use olaha homes again.”

“Una decepción, ofertan una residencia vacacional q no tienen, llegamos allí y no damos conseguido hablar con el dueño hasta cerca de las 5 de la tarde, el dueño nos dice q no tiene ningún anuncio de alquiler con la plataforma Vrbo ni con ninguna otra plataforma, q hace mas de 6 meses q el piso esta alquilado x larga estancia, llamamos a la plataforma vrbo, explicamos lo sucedido y nos dicen q lo van a mirar q en media hora nos llaman, al cabo de hora y media sin llamar tuve q volver a llamar yo,……

“Según lo publicado en la descripción del anuncio publicado por VBRO la casa tiene 3 habitaciones, capacidad para 8 personas y 2 baños. Pues no fue así la casa parece ser si tiene estas habitaciones pero en dos plantas y alquiladas por separado. Nos quedamos los 5 adultos con 2 habitaciones y un solo baño, solo con bañera cuando el anuncio ponía bañera y ducha. uno de los adultos tubo que dormir en un plegatin en el comedor. Por lo tanto nos sentimos totalmente engañados por el anuncio publicado……
