“Pros: Very nice atmosphere. Loved the room - spacious. Loved the pool and hot tub area - it made it seem like you were outside. Nice breakfast. Cons: no jets in the hot tub. Hard to find the entrance to the hotel. We turned to soon then Waze took us on a round about route for an additional 20 minutes before we got back to the entrance. ”

“Saw no recycle bins in lobby. ?? Got wring wake up call...2am instead of 4am as requested. Akso need to provide laundry bags orher hotels do.”

“Angie greeted us at breakfast on this, our third, visit to Scranton. This young woman makes you feel like you actually matter and engages in a way that you feel appreciated. Angie is, quite frankly, the reason we choose Scranton and the Hilton as our layover when travelling to Manhattan. Anyone interested in understanding the meaning of how to deliver the highest level of customer experience while be delighted to visit the Hilton in Scranton and ask for Angie at breakfast :) ”
