“Cass and Charlie’s stone cottage is a brilliant spot to day trip from that offers a quiet home nestled into incredible countryside.The cottage is roomy, beautifully appointed and amazing walks are right outside your door.Coffee in the morning in the courtyard and a stroll to say hello to the sheep, cows, horses, rabbits and pheasants were a smashing start to each day.We loved every minute with Cass and Charlie. Furniture was a bit uncomfortable. Bed was very squeaky. Overall adequate for its purposes and met expectations. Wifi details provided were incorrect, but its on the hub so managed. “We loved our stay! Close to everything Edinburgh and surrounding area has to offer. Lots of pubs and restaurants to choose from that were only a 5-10 minute drive away. So much space for our family of 4 and such a cozy cottage. The view out the back door was everything we could have wanted. Extremely easy and smooth check in and check out. We were looking for a quiet retreat to finish off our month long adventure in the UK and this cottage was everything and more! We would definitely stay here……
