“In town to visit my daughter and grandsons. Lovely house definitely unique area.Pros: private , yard and property is spacious , host communication is excellent. Cons: No closet space , no place to hang your clothes. Bugs coming through the vents through out the house. Not sure what I can say about the old head stone we found behind the shed. If you are going outside at night watch for critters and falling tree branches.”

“We have family in the area and traveled to visit before our newest addition arrives. The house has a lovely quiet location but is still close to everything. We had plenty of space to relax during down time, but still spend time together as a family when we weren’t out and about. We had everything we needed to make breakfast for our family (pot, pans, seasonings, utensils.) We always grab groceries before a stay to save money on eating out. The showers were amazing with the perfect water pressure……

“It was a good stay. There are a few things that are not up to code and the neighborhood is rough. But over all it is a cute little house inside. It was easy to communicate with the host.”

“This is first time we have had trouble with a Vrbo. Irresponsible owner! She had NO idea we had booked the house. Which left us in a bind to find last minute accommodations. She was not helpful in getting us a refund. DO NOT BOOK this resident.”

“Very comfortable and clean. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Easy drive into Memphis. Loved sitting on covered back porch and on patio in backyard. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this house! The location and views were incredible, and the house comfortably fit our group of eight. The patio and yard were fantastic for socializing, and the hot tub under the stars (and with morning mimosas!) was a huge hit. The house was very clean with super soft and comfy beds. We especially appreciated the extra touches like bathrobes and the exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!”
