“House was amazing! New, clean and spacious! Felt right at home! Additionally, when we arrived, our WIFI was not working. We were on a business trip, so it was very important that we had WIFI. I called the owner and they responded quickly. We were given the option to stay at a different property nearby or wait for a technician to come out. We chose to stay and the tech came out the following morning and saved the day!”

“Beautiful property; perfect for hosting an out of town wedding party, and having a "after rehersal" reception. There were a few issues. There are 2 very nice, high-end refridgerators; Icemaker on neither of the worked. Owner brought over a portable, counter-top ice maker. Major issue was lack of hot water. After complaining to the owner, he turned up the thermostat for downstairs bath. I later learned that the upstairs tenants also have virtually no hot (barely warm) water, and it seem to shut……

“This is a very conveniently located home in Broken Arrow and to nearby Tulsa! While we only used the master bedroom-very comfortable king sized bed- there are 2 other rooms with a queen and the other with 2 singles. We really enjoyed the “cozy” living room! Very comfy couch and a wonderful leather chair with ottoman (which we moved to watch the good sized smart tv) other chairs as well! The small deck out back was comfortable- padded couch and chairs. We did not use the small rubber hot tub-……

“This place is disgusting. Filthy, they never came in to clean the 5 days i was there.I wasnt there at time for check out (at work) went back to office when i arrived they had put my things in a trash bag. I got home with nothing but my clothes they stole my laptop and my suitcases as well as my razor bag. There is no direct phone number i can find for them. ”

“The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to navigate to all parts of Tulsa . Staying in the house met all expectations and the host could not of been more helpful when I had need to contact them . Having stayed in many vrbo properties this one rates amongst the best . There is no irritating list of does and do nots . TVs are of a watchable size and fitted with Roku A friendly message at the end of the stay to advise how to leave things is perfect . . Would highly recommend. ”

“We had to delay Christmas this year and needed a central location to meet. Eight adults and six children (ages 10 to 15). Number and size of bedrooms was perfect for us, need six bedrooms. Lots of open space on ground floor, children enjoyed the pond and paddle boat. Close to mall and restaurants. The bunkbeds need repair some screws missing and it is wabble. The family enjoyed the house,”
