“My stay at Hotel Ramada was overall pleasant. The room interior was excellent — stylish, comfortable, and very well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing. The breakfast was truly outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options that exceeded expectations. The swimming pool, though a bit small, was still enjoyable. However, I feel the reception staff needs improvement. Despite having a booking for a larger room, I was shown to a much smaller one, which felt unfair and a bit……

“The staff at Prime Park Hotel truly ‘went the extra mile’, arranging for boxed breakfast for our early ferry trip, arranging transport for us, checking schedules- and all this in a polite and efficient manner. Facilities snd amenities are also good value- an attractive reception area, charming cafe/ bistro on the 8 th floor and good buffet breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel! ”
