“This house is pristine! It is so beautiful and cozy. The hot tub and outdoor space is wonderful...so relaxing and wonderful. Only complaint is the bunk beds were so uncomfortable that the girls chose to sleep on the couch instead and that the hot tub was....kind of dirty! And it smelled bad. Otherwise, everything was absolutely wonderful. We would stay there again - just hoping that the hot tub is maintained better and maybe the bunk bed room gets new beds?”

“This two-bedroom condo at the foot of Jay Peak was perfect for our family of four on a late-season ski trip. The slope access was awesome, and the condo is close to both resort and town amenities. We really appreciated the in-unit laundry and made good use of the full kitchen after a couple days on the slopes, too! Thanks for the great vacation!”

“Kitchen had only two frying pans both with worn-peeling Teflon, pots non-stick. bath mats disgusting, heater in bath did not work, 1980 kitchen and furniture.Excellent mattress, unit has nice layout, location is ski to lift if the trail is open. Rated a 3 only becuase of location and matress.”

“Property was clean, as expected, and location was great. Family had very nice stay with convenient skiing and water park. Check in was tough because the inside of the lock had frozen so key didn’t go in. The snow/ice got in there somehow and took 30min to chip/take out. Maybe a storm door would help but this is the first time I’ve seen anything like this so likely a one-off. ”

“We really loved the location of this condo, being able to ski in/out so easily. It's on a green run and there's a free lift that takes you up to connect over to ticketing etc, so even if you need to get new lift tickets you can ski out.The condo has great space for a group with adults and kids, separate living area for kids on the lower level. “We visited for some late spring skiing and had a fantastic trip! Deb was incredibly responsive and helpful and the condo was immaculate. My kids loved the bunk beds and watching the groomer go by from the deck. The condo was right on the trail and even with (very) spring conditions there was still enough snow to ski out. We absolutely plan on visiting again.”

“On the down side: It's VERY dark in the house. Other than kitchen & bath, lighting is poor. Walls are all dark which attributes to the lighting issue. The house is too beautiful to have such a gloomy look. Poor instructions from owner. Unable to discard trash as garage was locked. Unfamiliar with propane, I could only get one burner to work on the stove. No cleaning supplies were available for me to use if needed. Bring a wand if you want to watch television.
