Bad experience ever!
"No toilet paper and other amenities refill, been talked to the staff a few times and get ignored about bath tub stopper no one come and check or fix and unable to help us change the room. The hotel charged twice and still cannot get a refund… bad experience ever!"

"We took many photos of the entire flat on arrival. Very well decorated and obviously very recently refurbished. Unfortunately, we had to call support team prior to arrival as the listing and information we received gave name and postcode, but no house number or street! Also information on exactly ..."
