“The motel gave us a tip on local dinning options before our stay. The host is nice and the room’s kitchen had everything you need. The place is quite and we have a good stay.”

“A lovely little cottage. Clean, cosy with a few little luxuries. Only issues were - it is advertised as sleeps 5 on book a bach but only has bedding for 4, however the owner happily sorted an airbed. Toilet paper and dishwashing liquid were in short supply, so we bought our own. However, we would still recommend and stay again.”

“Great place to stay only 1 hr out of Christchurch.We woke up to the best view of the mountains right out the bedroom window. Rakaia gorge is beautiful with jetboat walk or swim if you want to brave the cold. Nice relaxing stay for 2 days. I would definitely stay again”
