“We really enjoyed our time at Hemlock house. It was well equipped and had plenty of gathering and sleeping space. The Hot Tub was toasty warm at night, and the views with falling snow were magnificent. About that snow… the drive back to the house off the main highway is pretty significant, but well maintained. Before the snow even fell, though the owner called to give us a heads up and let us know a storm was coming in. We had plenty of time to prepare and he even offered us extr time to get out……

“This little house is exactly as it is described. The most important quality for me is cleanliness, and this home is impeccably clean. Everything you need is there. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with every utensil you could need for cooking, serving and eating. The bed was comfie and here was wood in the fire pit along with the ingredients for S’mores. 10 out 10!!!Owner was VERY accessible and responds quickly to any questions. ”

“We had a wonderful time! It is in a beautiful setting. So quiet and peaceful. It is centrally located. We visited Hawks Best, Babcock State Park, Summersville lake, and The New River Gorge. The house itself was so nice. Brand new, immaculate, had everything you could possibly need. We took advantage of the puzzles and games. The owners were super nice and were quick to respond with any questions we may had. I would most definitely recommend!!”
