“Each of the staff members we dealt with or encountered were so very nice, the gentleman at the desk when we checked in, the employee just coming into work running to catch up to me in the parking lot to open the door for me, the woman at the desk when I needed to ask a question about parking my husband’s truck, the two staff members who replied to my text messages asking about the ice machine and requesting ice to be brought up, and the cleaning woman who greeted me in the morning when we saw……
