“Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it.”

“We really enjoyed our visit to Athens and the property. We came for a tennis camp and also to see a football game. The house is nice and it was neat to have a pool with a large outdoor pool. The location is ideal being close to both the university of Georgia and also to numerous restaurants. The owner, Christian, was also extremely attentive and checked on us on several occasions which I appreciated as well. ”
