“This is the most adorable little place! It was clean, airy, and very convenient to the local hiking and sightseeing areas. The gate on the driveway limits access, giving a feeling of safety above and beyond the usual. Will definitely be staying again!”

“I have used VRBO exclusively for many years as they again provided us a wonderful option. As a last minute find we were excited to learn this clean and spacious property was available. Although it was 15 minutes from downtown, it was in a peaceful, quiet area in the midst of farmland. Always nice to have multiple bathrooms. If we ever need a place for more than my wife and I, would love to stay again”

“The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well enough equipped for our cooking needs. Unfortunately the weather was not super dry so we couldn't use the grill as we planned. Neither of us were crazy about the sprial staircase. However we put up with it since we wanted to sleep upstairs in the king bed. Overall it was a wonderful house and we will stay again when we are in the area.”

“We were there 9/9-9/12 and had a relaxing, peaceful stay. The weather was perfect and my husband caught a few fish. The lily pads that filled the pond in 2023 had been thoroughly cleaned out which made the fishing more enjoyable. We also appreciated the pictures showing the directions at the end of Bowater. The cabin was clean, comfortable and spacious for our stay. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us too. The host was also very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with.……

“The Cabin was basic, but everything we needed. We appreciated The little extras like bug spray and coffee. Had a great stay. The only thing I wish was different. It rained one day and we couldn’t find the remote for the DVD player.”
