Enjoy your days exploring the acreage, playing in the creek, grilling a cook-out with the family under the stars, and ending it with s'mores by the fire! This serene setting is perfect for unwinding, and taking a step back to appreciate all that nature has to offer! Our favorite part about this unique stay is the incredible outdoor space, and we cannot wait for you to experience it yourself!

Enjoy a dip in our brand new saltwater pool, it's 18x33x 54" high and open from May 1st till mid- late September. Please note that it is not a heated pool.

➤ Guests who make reservations for over 7 days will incur a small extra cleaning fee of $45. Payment will be deducted from your security deposit

➤This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

● Please note that a $125 Pet fee will be applied per pet.
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
● No more than TWO (2) animals
● Pets are not allowed on furniture (sofa, chairs, or beds)
● Please do not use our blankets and towels for your pets
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated
● Please clean up after your pets (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
● If your dog is a big shedder, please vacuum before you leave

The barn interior is currently off limits. Guests are welcome to walk around the 11 acre property , staying mindful of property lines.

This is a peaceful quiet neighborhood with few houses, Come and relax with the sound of the creek from the front porch.

➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

➤ No parties allowed

➤This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

● Please note that a $125 Pet fee will be applied per pet.
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
● No more than TWO (2) animals

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

➤ We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled

➤ We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy

➤ Guests who make reservations for over 7 days will incur a small extra cleaning fee of $45. Payment will be deducted from your security deposit

➤ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $250 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. No groups larger than 10 guests without permission.

➤ No children climbing on railings. Children must be supervised at all times outdoors.

➤ Hot tub rules:

● No children under 6 years old in hot tub.

● Do not enter the hot tub if it is not sanitary, advise us immediately so it can be cleaned.

● Shower before entering the hot tub to remove any body oils.

● No alcoholic beverages or food in hot tub.

➤ Pool rules: Enjoy your swim, and thank you for following our splashy guidelines!

● Saltwater pool: Just a heads up: our pool's a saltwater type. It’s gentle on your skin and eyes, making your swim extra soothing!

● No Diving: Our pool is great for a swim but not deep enough for diving, so please keep it safe and fun with no diving.

● Supervision Required for Children: Little swimmers need an adult buddy. Make sure there's always an adult supervising the fun.

● No Glass in Pool Area: Let's keep it shatter-free. Please use plastic cups and bottles around the pool to keep toes and tails safe.

● No Pets in the Pool: We love your furry friends, but let's keep them out of the pool to keep it clean for everyone.

● Walk, Don’t Run: No speedy feet around the wet edges—let’s keep it slip-free and safe.

● No DIY Chemistry: Please don’t add anything to the water—no salt, no chemicals.
