“We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel de France. The location is perfect as it is walking distance from the train station and in the city centre. You have plenty of bakeries and shops around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We actually slept like babies as the bedding was so comfortable! “The room is cheap but the location is around 30 mins by bus from the Gare de Lyon-Part-Dieu and then around 10 mins walk. I would recommend this only if you are with a car. We are two girls, so it was quite dangerous walking back to hotel at night.”

“This was really a big surprise - friendly, helpful management and staff; super clean room; great price. Only downsides - the location is really in the middle of nowhere; there was some noise from the hot water pipes during the night. Otherwise, was expecting a small, dirty room for the price I was paying and got A LOT more.”
