“Nice unit for a quick wkd getaway. Didn’t receive check in info until I contacted seller thru vrbo at 5:02 pm. Quick to respond with info needed. Off street parking is a tight fit. Apt upstairs had a full size truck and so did we. An unoccupied car was parked there too. 3 vehicles max fit. Upstairs renters were heavy footed. “The photos accurately reflected exactly what we found inside this simply appointed rental. What we didn’t expect was the sort of vibe or energy we felt from the moment we parked. We found ourselves describing it as ‘romantic.’ The building’s freshly painted exterior is pleasing and it’s easy to see the potential as we walked through the currently being updated/remodeled hall up to the well marked front door. “I highly recommend considering the Woolworth Lofts if you plan a trip to Omaha. The Old Market District area is lively and fun, and the Lofts are clean, modern and well-managed. We will look for availability here next time we travel to Omaha. ”

“It was good!! I think it was in the middle of remodel - not very cleanly outside the room. Smaller room. Would love to go on balcony, but door locked. ”

“Properties were even better in person, the pictures did not do the apartments justice. Especially nice that the 2 apartments were listed together as a package deal. Made it extremely easy and stress free to make sure both families in our party were located right next to each other in the building. ”

“Ultimately we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the room itself. That being said, the building is clearly under some construction and very unappealing to look at from the inside. The floors aren’t complete inside so you’re just walking on unfinished wood. That and some iffy carpeting on the stairs. I’m sure once the place is painted and renovated it will be nicer, but when we arrived we were a little worried. Check in was fine but getting our car details submitted was……
