"The bedside lamp didn’t work because there was no power from the outlet. A staff member came and brought another lamp, but that didn’t solve the problem since the outlet itself had no electricity. The issue was never fixed during our stay. Very disappointing service."
"The soundproofing is really poor. I can clearly hear phone conversations from the next room, and footsteps from the floor above are also clearly audible. Additionally, my car’s recording captured someone trying to open my car door (there were no bags or anything inside the car)."
