“I chose this property because it was kid and dog friendly. My kids loved this cabin and didn’t want to go home. ”

“The cabin was cute and clean. The water heater wasn't working when we got there so we took cold showers. I reset it and it was hot later that evening. The check-in process wasn't great. There's a neighborhood policy to be signed that I had to ask for multiple times and there were big delays in the responses. You have to take your trash to the dump yourself, which you will read in the neighborhood policy, which you will be given after you pay for your stay and may not be allowed to cancel. There……

We were disappointed that the Hot tub as advertised was not working thus I would’ve given this 5 stars. But we were able to check out late and that was deeply appreciated. Overall I would rebook. ”

“The cabin was modern and clean with a good kitchen, utensils and ceiling fans. Quiet street but close to the highway. Great beds. Good clothes washer. The only recommendation I have is that the property owner clarify that the cabin DOES NOT have air conditioning as was advertised. Most people who go to Big Bear in the summer expect some heat. Our family was looking forward to coming home to a cabin with A/C and it wasn't there. In the summer, cooking in the cabin heats the house up so minimize……
