“First of all, the next time I come to Eugene with a big crew, I will look no where else but this property. My best friends from college and I stayed at The Pink House for the Oregon Ducks game, and it blew our expectations out of the water. As a former student at the University of Oregon, I know first hand that Eugene is full of houses that are run down from college kids; I’m pretty sure that a college student has never stepped foot in this house. The house was incredible. It was so clean, had……

“I stayed at the house with my five children age 17 to 30. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the game room. The kitchen has all the appliances, cookware, and utensils you need. The kitchen felt like home and not just a few random things like I’ve found in other rental homes. The beds were comfortable and the soaking tub was wonderful. The house is on a hill and the sunset view was stunning. I highly recommend. ”

“The house was clean and well stocked, but Very musty however. Had to sign your life away on a lengthy rental agreement and the host wanted to know exactly when you were coming and leaving which was annoying. It was roomy and worked well for our family.”

“This is a terrific place in a very centrally located part of the city. The only issue we had was no ADA accessibility- at least none we could locate. It's a 24-stair walk up to the apartments and that's great if you are young, healthy and can lug a giant suitcase up 24 stairs. Being a skoch older and with major back issues, it was very taxing. Outside of that, everything about the place was great. ”
