“Family with children so we required the use of the sofa bed, unfortunately the sofa bed was like sleeping in a ashtray, I am very disappointed that the apartment smelt heavy of stale cigarettes, especially when you are asked to pay a cleaning bill on arrival! The owners have put a huge effort into making the apartment a welcoming, very neat and exceptionally well presented living space, but other faults are they the air conditioner drips onto to small balcony, leaving a pool of water to sit in.……

“The place is not as clean or luxurious as they advertise. The mattress was very old, squeaky and very soft. The type of soft that just sinks when you lay down and it’s impossible to sleep on. When we told management about it and asked for a partial refund since we weren’t able to get any sleep, we were told that a partial refund it’s not possible, that they can’t accommodate requests regarding mattress preferences and plainly told us we can go ahead and sleep on the couch; which is ridiculous.……

“The apartment itself is nice. The pool and hot tub in the pictures are not there but a 15 minute walk away which you have to pay a seperate fee for. They only gave us 2 blankets for 5 people. It is not two rooms like bedrooms but 2 rooms as in the bedroom and living room. Pay for the parking, definitely worth it.”

“It suited us, the area is a little bit out of the way but the Metro is a 20 minute walk away on relatively dangerous roads but it's ok. The property was ideal for what we needed. ”
