“I was looking for a cozy cabin to spend a week with my family during Christmas time. This cabin caught my attention for having over 100 reviews! Our family had a wonderful time, the cabin had everything; the beds and bed linens were exceptionally comfortable, extra blankets available in the closets should you need some extra warmth. The host thought of everything. There was an electric fireplace in the living room, all 3 bedrooms had TVs, as well as the living room. The 2 bathrooms were large……

“My trip to this cabin was amazing! So secluded, yet very close to SO many trails and parks! I enjoyed every minute. Clean cabin, everything you need, grill, hot tub (a nice plus) and all utensils, dishes, etc. Very Very nice! The Owners are extremely nice and very receptive. I will be going back.”

“We loved our stay at Daniel's Landing so much that we plan to return every couple of years. We are from Utah and have fallen in love with the beauty and peace of West Virginia. It is a home that we would have loved to live in. The home is very inviting with many comforts, and activities right there at the house. “Our 5 day stay in the Vandalia cabin was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I were looking for seclusion and relaxation for our Anniversary. Well we got exactly that during our stay. We couldn’t get enough of the views from the back porch or from the picturesque hicking trails. Pervis was a great host and was super responsive to any and all of our questions. We can not wait to go back to the wild and wonderful state of West Virgina and the Vandalia cabin. Till next time. ”

The rooms had great beds, the linens we soft and clean. The view was spectacular! There is not enough spce to write every single thing that will make you want to secure this as an annual rental!”

“We are a group of women who graduated together in 1966 and try to get together annually. We are from West Virginia but now live in different areas and states. We chose the New River Gorge area for its beauty and none of us had been there for some time. We chose Pillow Rock cabin based on its description and location. It is the last cabin in, so there was no traffic. It worked well for our group and we had a fantastic time! The staff from the Country Roads office were very helpful and……

“This is a very unique, beautifully appointed airstream!! The bed is very comfortable and spacious and everything was available for a pleasant weekend trip. This is ideal for moderate temperatures, so I would prefer to stay here spring or fall times. We enjoyed our trip very much!!!”

“We enjoyed this small cabin, it was perfect for 2 or 4 people. I enjoyed sitting on the porch and reading. Pam couldn't have been any nicer. We wanted to check out the lake, but didn't realize that they drain it after Labor Day. So we just spent a relaxing couple of days there. If you go, check out Alfredo's restaurant. Their subs and pizza are delicious.”
