“The hotel staff were excellent. They helped us with an early check in and checked in on our stay to ensure everything was okay. Loved the roof top terrace area with pool, great vibe for drinks. Wish it was open later. The location is very central with access to everything. Very comfortable hotel rooms and kettle provided (no milk so buy some) and water and soft drinks in the mini fridge. We had a balcony but it doesn’t have furniture, I would upgrade to the loft If budget allows it and you want……

“The Director and the other executive staff were very professional, polite And friendly!! The food was delicious. We were very impressed with their positive attitude. We stayed in for three weeks. it was our second time in Silken Hotel . Tenerife. We hardly recommend it to everyone!!”

“The hotel is lovely and the rooftop terrace and pool are amazing with views of the city . The room is very nice quite spacious and modern . We had a lovely view of the harbour and sea from our window . The only negative is the car park which is awkward to find and I actually got stuck trying to manoeuvre around columns. ”

“I liked this property in general. The room was nice, had a lot of space, and a grocery store was just below the property. Would recommend it for others. didn't like its application of the door opener as it often didn't work properly. It was also a bit noisy. The kitchen is a little small.”

“After all I had a good experience. My only complaint is that there was no drying rack in the room. So I had to put my jogging clothes hanging on lamps or whatever I could hang them. Room was ok, bed was comfy. Thank you.”

“Just stayed one night before getting airport bus. Great central location & had room overlooking a courtyard so quiet at night. Desk staffed 24/7. Room clean & comfortable with ceiling fan & fridge. But no hair dryer & only 1 big & 1 small towel in a double room ( booked for 2) and no breakfast available ( although I think they would deliver something to your room).”
