“Das Haus und der Garten waren wie auf den Bildern - schön, gepflegt und modern! Jedes Zimmer mit seinem eigenen Bad war toll, der Garten groß und überall eingezäunt und der Pool wurde aufgrund des heissen Wetters fast täglich gereinigt. Ausserdem wurden wir mit Kuchen empfangen und haben auch Gemüse aus dem Garten der Gastgeber bekommen, mit denen die Kommunikation auch super funktioniert hat. Lage des Hauses war top - am Ortsrand und nur wenige Minuten Fahrzeit zum Strand, Supermarkt, Aquapark……

“One of the best experiences we have had in a privately rented out house. The owner was extremely friendly and treated us Ike family. The house is walking distance to the center of Strobrec, a suburb of Split with its marina and restaurants. There are also beaches just 3 minutes away which we enjoyed. We just stayed for one night but will definitely try to come back.”

Its so centrally located and because it is right outside Old Town, you can easily catch a cab in and out! “Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war schön, die Eigentümer sind mit auf dem Gelände. Mirna ist eine nette ältere Dame, die sehr freundlich ist. Leider liegt das Haus nicht in einer Gegend, wo Feriengäste geduldet werden. Die direkten Nachbarn beschweren sich, wenn Kinder im Pool spielen nach 22 Uhr. Sie drohen damit, die Polizei zu rufen. Man kann auch am Tag keine Musik abspielen. Dies war wirklich anstrengend. Die Anlage selber war sehr schön und ruhig. Täglich hat Mirna für Ordnung auf der……

“Das Haus ist sehr gut renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man zum Wohnen braucht. Und zum Erholen eh: Sonnenterrasse, Liegen, Schirme, Stühle, das Meer wirklich direkt vor der Haustür, hervorragende Konabas nebenan, wer will, was zum Shoppen/Bummeln. Und v.a. Ruhe, sehr erholsame Ruhe. Der Kontakt mit Manfred war immer sehr schnell und angenehm. Die Unterlagen mit Anreise- und Check-In-Infos sehr gut. Man sollte sich aber schon überlegen, was man alles mitbringt. Denn……
