“ Good location on the edge of town, convenient for the buses along the North Norfolk coast. Short walk into the town. Ample car parking on the street or in the yard. Room was not overlarge but was clean and had everything needed and the decor was good. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Continental type breakfast ample and varied. Altogether, a very positive experience and we would be happy to book again when we come to Sheringham.”

The breakfasts were also high quality food served by pleasant staff. It was a pleasure to stay there plus enjoyed meeting the 3 dogs! “A fabulous hotel. We had a very warm welcome and the owners couldnt do enough to accommodate us. The room was beautifully decorated , clean and comfortable. Nice big mugs for tea and coffee aand spares in the corridor if needed which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was continental (cooked only available on the Sunday morning) but was sufficient and nicely presented. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Neil and Heather ”

“Our overnight stay was an anniversary gift from our 3 sons, along with dinner on the Steam Train from Sheringham to Holt. Disabled access and nearby car parking were very useful and breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful and the location was peaceful with beautiful grounds.”

“Property has an incredible view of the sea and takes just 1 minute to get down to a lovely quiet beach. Staff were really friendly. Bed was very comfy and shower worked really well. Water bottles and biscuits were dropped off each day outside our door. The breakfast included in the price of the room was really nice. ”
