“Fabulous stay at the Hebrides Bothy. Very comfy bed, lovely and warm bothy, good cooking facilities and fridge. Shower was lovely and hot. Games supplied, and Netflix available too. Bluetooth speaker available for playing music. Suzanne made us feel very welcome and provided some yummy cakes. She also provided a blow up mattress and extra bedding. Only one complaint about our stay it just wasn't long enough! Thank you for a fabulous stay. ”

“The house was in a nice area near Carloway. You have views of the water from the front of the house. The instructions that were sent prior to arriving were very detailed. Being an older house and next to the sea, it is very understandable that we could smell a lot of mold in the house. It was so strong it made both of us feel unwell. If you are susceptible to mold, I would contact the owner to see what remedy that have done. We did not contact the owner about the issue during our 3 night……

“We had a great second stay at Mackenzie 25, especially as the weather was exceptional. As previously, Louise was very easy to communicate with. ”

“The house overlooks Loch Erisort in a beautiful, quiet setting. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished with a better equipped kitchen than is found in many rental properties. We found it a good location for visiting Stornoway, the west coast of Lewis, and Harris. The local area to the south and east is also worth exploring. We had a meal at the local hotel which was pleasant, but, we thought pretty expensive, so wouldn’t really recommend that. ”
