“We had a wonderful stay at the Contemporary Cozy Cottage! Very modern amenities and appliances, and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Nadia always responded promptly, and answered all of my questions. The Cottage is located close to just about everything in the Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, and Yorktown Heights area. And I would definitely recommend a short drive to the charming little town of Cold Spring which is not too far away. Thank you Nadia!”

“This house was absolutely perfect for our friend's weekend wedding. 14 guests, guys/girls in their early to mid 30s. We stayed at this house and attended our friend's rehearsal dinner and wedding about 30 min away. The location is perfect, slightly secluded and quiet. The property is very large and has all the amenities a group of people could want. The interior of the house was clean, setup nicely, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything listed was accurate. “I thought the property was really nice, upgraded, and we had a great time, only issue i had was the wifi was weak so my apps kept buffering, but not a huge deal, the place has everything you need. A small little yard if you bring your dog and a seating area outside. Overall a really nice stay ”
