Over promised
"It was great except for the "hot breakfast" advertisement. It would have been far better to have said that coffee is available than then been pleasantly surprised to have had an opportunity to make a waffle. Much better to under promise and over deliver than to over promise and under delivery. ..."

Beautiful location over the water
"Nice stay. The grill is complicated. The master bedroom/bath is very nice. The tub is fantastic. We sat outside with a fire pit table and hung out. The kitchen needs some tlc….,"
