Three bathrooms with showers ensure convenience for all. Complete suite in lower level with SECOND full size kitchen and living room. Our house is on a point at the end of a quiet street. Spacious boat dock has sun deck plus covered sitting area. Boat slip for one boat. Boats can rented at Rodney's Marine located 5 minutes by car to pickup and a 10 minute boat ride when returning. Two kayaks and multiple life jackets are provided. We encourage bringing your own life jackets for small children.
