“Overall our stay was good. This is our 3rd time at this property. There are a few things that need to be addressed. The shower curtain on the main floor bath has rust stains, the upper level bath tub was horribly dirty and not usable. The cookware needs to be replaced - the nonstick finish is no longer non-stick. And perhaps remove the metal utensils to protect future cookware. The location is perfect. The indoor pool is not far away. Everything worked as it should. We would consider……

“This charming home is nestled in the woods just a few minutes from cross lake. The home had everything we needed and more. And the host was kind and friendly. Highly recommend this home. ”

“As advertised this was a beautiful lake cabin/property on the north side of Rush Lake. Great accommodations, awesome lake views, perfect location and a lot of fun. We booked for a family gathering and were not disappointed. This cabin has everything. I strongly recommend this place. The new pontoon right at the end of the dock was a huge bonus.Thanks to our host for answering all our questions quickly. ”

“Location was great. We walked or biked every where we wanted to go including church. The use of the washing machine and dryer was very much appreciated. Tips to make it a 5 star...we had to buy our own hand soap for the bathroom and we filled the propane tank for grilling. The main floor bedroom could use a fan and bedside lamps. The livingroom could also use a few chairs as there was just a couch.”

The landscaping on the property is beautiful, we were kept in supply of firewood for bonfires every night! The Farmhouse itself is very eclectic, quirky, and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Larry was a very very welcoming host. We will definitely be back.”

“The property was very clean and the house itself felt so homey. It very private and peaceful. When I arrived the house was spotless. It had a very just cleaned feeling. I only stayed one night for a buiness trip and it was the prrfect spot to relax and unwind. The Old Milwaukee club was super close and had great food. “This place is amazing. The gym was perfect for the grandkids and parents had a blast also ! The kitchen was perfect for food preparation and also enough spaces for everyone to eat. ”

“The home was clean and what we expected. My only complaint was the dishes, pots & pans etc. There were just a couple short glass glasses & only 1 tall glass glass. Lots & lots of plastic glasses & plates & bowls. The pots & pans were aluminum thrift store quality. Whatever they could find. So update the dishes & pots & pans and get a set of nice wine glasses and some glass glasses for adults. The house , lake, and firepit were very nice I would come again.”
