“This rental was more spacious than expected. Very comfortable and clean. Loved the huge windows in the master bedroom which give a great view of the river. As noted in the property description, trains run immediately behind the building, so it was not a surprise to us. Just be aware you WILL hear and feel the trains passing by overnight. ”

“My adult daughter and I stayed for a few nights. We were very happy with the apartment. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. It is in a nice location which is quiet and clean. There is also a park in walking distance with a walking/biking trail that we enjoyed. I would consider this property again if I ever come back to York”

“Had a great stay here while in town for a work convention. Local bar & grill and a couple corner stores within walkable distances, parking was easy and always available near the entrance. You can definitely hear some walking around and a little conversation, but coming from apartment living in Philly that didn’t bother us much and we were out for the majority of the day anyway. “The apartment itself was okay. It was definitely updated, however there is very little privacy with the bathroom. At first entry everything seemed fine. There was moldy coffee in the coffee maker, but they came to clean it. The communication with the cohost and evolve was absolutely horrific! We had a huge problem in the middle of the night that required police and fire to come out as a precaution. I was also asked to go into the basement to check out the strange beeping. “There was significant disruptions caused by the alarm system during our recent stay at this property. These issues affected our experience to the point that we were forced to leave early, significantly disrupting rest for my entire family. In the morning at approximately 7:00 AM, the alarm system sounded extremely loudly and continued until around 7:30 AM, abruptly waking us. “The property was lovely as we approached. Many updated fixtures and room for our belongings. Some kitchen necessaries were provided along with 3 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. We were satisfied with the rental but would have appreciated more towels, kitchen ute sips like a spatula and a sharp knife for cutting. Also the overhead light were bright but lamps would have been softer. The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning, not filthy but dusty and hadn’t been cleaned recently. Lastly, there did not……
