“We needed somewhere local to stay while visiting family in the Fort Worth area and this house is situated closely to the main highways which made it easy to come and go. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The little patio was a nice addition for our dog. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area. ”

“The house is large, lots of beds for a family of 13. Ages 1 to 64. The house is centrally located for the DFW area attractions that appeal to a family on Spring Break. Excellent response time with the owner when it was needed. The pool was cold. One grandson braved a quick pool plunge. The hot tub was great. The cover was split. Unfortunately, the Texas sun does that to tub covers. We would definitely choose this property again if the need arrives. ”

“All in all it was everything that we needed it to be. Great little house in a decent neighborhood. One gripe: no extra comforter/blankets and kitchenware was a little sparse. “The apartment was clean, the kitchen contained all the necessary items, the bed was very comfortable. The television worked only sporadically. The noise from the parking lot just outside my window was considerable, from the emptying of a dumpster at 6:30 am to the 1 am passing of one of the many freight trains on the track just the other side of the parking lot. One thing I can add this year is that it ii obvious that they are investing money into this property. There were some upgrades that were noticed by my group. Also, my caterer backed out at the last minute. The property manager, Brandi, gave me some recommendations that saved the day. I have found her to always be responsive and helpful.”
